Weight Vest Wednesday
EMOTM 15 minutes
- 1 Pull-Up
- 2 Push-Ups
- 3 Squats
- Increase reps by original rep each minute. Pull-Ups increase by 1, Push-Ups increase by 2 and Squats increase by 3.
- Run 1200 meters if athlete falls off 5 minutes or less.
- Run 800 meters if athlete falls off 6-8 minutes.
- Run 400 meters if athlete falls off 9-10 minutes.
