Weight Vest Wednesday

EMOTM 15 minutes

    • 1 Pull-Up
    • 2 Push-Ups
    • 3 Squats
    • Increase reps by original rep each minute. Pull-Ups increase by 1, Push-Ups increase by 2 and Squats increase by 3.
    • Run 1200 meters if athlete falls off 5 minutes or less.
    • Run 800 meters if athlete falls off 6-8 minutes.
    • Run 400 meters if athlete falls off 9-10 minutes.
