  • 2 seconds at bottom
  • 2 second at 1/4 
  • 2 seconds at bottom
  • 2 second pause between reps

Between sets:

  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 5 Kick-up to Handstand
  • 2 6-pack Abs
