For Time:

 3 Rounds:

  • 12 Lunge Steps (Front Rack; L=1, R=2)
  • 12 Bar Facing Burpees

 3 Rounds:

  • 8 Hang Power Clean
  • 8 Box Jumps

 3 Rounds:

  • 4 Shoulder-to-Overhead
  • 4 Box Jump Burpees

Use the same weight for all barbell movements.
