Weight Vest Wednesday
3 Rounds:
- 3 Pull-Ups / 6 Push-Ups / 9 Squats
- 5 Pull-Ups / 10 Push-Ups / 15 Squats
- 7 Pull-Ups / 14 Push-Ups / 21 Squats
OR
5 Rounds:
- 1 Pull-Ups / 2 Push-Ups / 3 Squats
- 3 Pull-Ups / 6 Push-Ups / 9 Squats
- 5 Pull-Ups / 10 Push-Ups / 15 Squats
Athletes will pick either pull-ups or push-ups and when they break-up reps on the chosen movement will run 200m for each break in that movement at the completion of the round. For example, if the athlete chooses push-ups and breaks the 10 into a set of 6 and a set of 4, and then breaks the 14 into two sets of 7, she would need to run 400m after that round.
