  • Press of Athlete choice (Dumbbell or Barbell)
  • Increase weight each set.

Athlete Choice of Between Sets or 3 Rounds for time:

  • 8 Goblet Squat (20lbs./30lbs. min) or Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 12 Kettlebell Swings
  • 16 Step-Ups w/dumbbell or medicine ball depending on what is chosen for 8 count movement. (L=1, R=2)
