- 1 point: Man-on-Fire burpees
- 2 points: Regular Burpees
- 3 points: Bar-hop burpees, Burpee Box Jump/Step-Up, Burpee Pull-Up, Dumbbell Burpee Deadlift
- Every 3 minutes 200m Run w/wallball (14lbs./20lbs.)

5 x 5 Bench Press w/30 second plank between each set.
