Buy-In OR Cash-Out: 800m Run

3 Rounds:

  • 1/2/3/4 Pull-Up
  • 2/4/6/8 Push-Ups
  • 3/6/9/12 Squats

Each set of reps is performed in a two minute cycle. I.e. 2 minutes to perform 1 Pull-Up, 2 Push-Ups, 3 Squats, rest with remaining time; 2 minutes to perform 2 Pull-Ups, 4 Push-Ups, 6 Squats, rest with remaining time, etc. Completing 4/8/12 completes a single round. Rest with remaining time and start again.
