AMCAP 20 minutes (As Many Cards As Possible)

  • Clubs: Pull-Ups
  • Diamonds: Air Squats
  • Hearts: AbMat Sit-Ups
  • Spades: Push-Ups
  • 10 Double-Unders before drawing each card.
  • Individual decks; Ace = 1 / Face cards = 10; Ignore Jokers

 

  • Each athlete gets to pick a single movement. 
  • Face cards count as 10, Aces = 1, Ignore Jokers.
