AMCAP 20 minutes (As Many Cards As Possible)
- Clubs: Pull-Ups
- Diamonds: Air Squats
- Hearts: AbMat Sit-Ups
- Spades: Push-Ups
- 10 Double-Unders before drawing each card.
- Individual decks; Ace = 1 / Face cards = 10; Ignore Jokers
- Each athlete gets to pick a single movement.
- Face cards count as 10, Aces = 1, Ignore Jokers.
