Black Joker: Run 400 m and do a max rep of pull ups
Red Joker: Bear Crawl to Laurens mail box and back then do max rep toes to bar (must touch bar to count)
Time= time to finish a deck with a partner minus total pull ups and toes to bar in seconds. 🙂
