AMRAP 16 minutes

  • 12 Flutter Kicks (L/R=1)
  • 8 Air Squat Step-UpsĀ 
  • 4 “Burpee Jacks” (1 Burpee + 1 Jumping Jack/round = 1 Burpee Jack)

OR

AMRAP 20 minutes

  • 15 Flutter Kicks (L/R=1)
  • 10 Air Squat Step-UpsĀ 
  • 5 “Burpee Jacks” (1 Burpee + 1 Jumping Jack/round = 1 Burpee Jack)
  • Starting with the vest on Add/Remove vest every 4 minutes.
