  • Add a single rep each every round.

Movement is determined by rep number:

  • First Odd: Push-Up w/Hand Release
  • First Even: Lunge Step
  • Second Odd: Inch Worm
  • Second Even: Touch the Floor/Ceiling

Example:

Round 1: 1 PU(1O), 2 LS(1E), 3 IW(2O), 4 TtFC(2E)

Round2 : 2 LS(1E), 3 PU(1O), 4 TtFC(2E), 5 IW(2O)
