- Add a single rep each every round.
Movement is determined by rep number:
- First Odd: Push-Up w/Hand Release
- First Even: Lunge Step
- Second Odd: Inch Worm
- Second Even: Touch the Floor/Ceiling

Round 1: 1 PU(1O), 2 LS(1E), 3 IW(2O), 4 TtFC(2E)
Round2 : 2 LS(1E), 3 PU(1O), 4 TtFC(2E), 5 IW(2O)
