  • Deadlift
  • Ring Dip
  • Overhead Dumbbell Sit-Up
  • Partition as desired but movements must be performed as a triplet with an equal amount of each cycle. For example 5 rounds 9 reps each, 9 rounds 5 reps each, 21-15-9 each; 9! each, etc.
